I have learned that I seem to be the "Go To" when my AN friends are butt tired and need a post posted...and I like that.
I've learned that I miss the girls (and guy) on the School Nurse Forum.
I've learned that tomatoes are hardy.
I've learned that tears help sometimes.
I've learned that my mom is one of the strongest people I know.
Hmmm, I haven't learned much, but the week is still young.
I'm sure ixchel will check in. No worries. In the meantime...What have you learned this week?
Oh that's a bummer that she got upset :/ You probably want to get ahead while you can, especially since you have a kid. My foundations teacher won't let us work ahead because she doesn't want us to take too much in without actually learning it well, and I agree with her. But you've already taken A&P :/
I know. I just hope she didn't think because I've taken A&P before I'm an A&P expert & to a different level than everyone else taking the class. I just wanted to get ahead now because I have a son & today he had to come home early from daycare. Days like that I won't be able to get as much or any work done.

Don't slack on the re-take. I did that last semester with A&P 1. In the end I pulled it together, but still...it's my bad thinking that since it is my umpteenth time taking A&P, it would be my easiest class. I'm such a dunce.
Thank you. I don't have children, and now I might have to go buy some to try.
As another poster mentioned, I was thinking of a different baby cracker. I'm sorry, the kid I used to buy them for is now 20! I googled searched and google searched. Um...the packaging must have changed because I can't find the ones I'm talking about! This product looks similar:
From what I just researched, online, zwieback crackers are a type of Melba toast. There are lots of recipes on how to make it.
I could have sworn that your recipe called for the ones I was talking about. They taste a lot like graham crackers! Melba toast never looked good enough for me to taste! Looked like dried up hard toast to be! 😀😆

Why would I slack off? I'm not, I'm trying to get ahead because I have a kid this go around. Just because I'm trying to get ahead on my assignments doesn't mean I'm doing them half asked.
Like I stated, I have a son this time. So I can't take my time like I could pre-baby. Yes my son is daycare but if he gets sick (or today he was teething) & I have to pick him up early, I have no one else to watch him. So there goes my day & I can't do any more work.
But this post explains that one.

When you have kids & go to school, working ahead is in your best interest.
I've stayed up until 2 or 3 in the morning almost every night and then woken up at 630 to get the kids off to school before I start working again.
It's crappy.
Adding: I've tried to take a nap the past 2 weeks after I get the kids on the bus because I've been up even though I had no real work to do. I think I've screwed up my clock. Napping was unsuccessful.

I wish I could do that, but I have epilepsy. Everyone yells at me if I don't get enough sleep. That's why I make it such a big deal to work ahead because I can't stay up super late & study/do homework.

Thanks! The people I've met so far seem fairly put together, so I'm hopeful (but still not counting on anything).
