I had an interview and they requested references.
All references have been sent and I contacted HR.
The lady told me that I am going to follow up with someone on Monday. But she did not say that I am accepted or not.
I sent email to nurse manager but I did not get any response.
I am kinda nervous. It feels like I didn't get this position.

It is not a good sign or bad sign. They will contact the references for their top candidates and make a determination after they have contacted the references.

More than likely you will hear something on Monday. It may be "All your references were good, we would like to offer you the position" or "Thank you for applying, but we are going with someone else" or "We have talked to all your references and the hiring manager will make their decision in the next week".

Checking references is part of the process. Sometimes it takes longer for your references to respond. You might want to give a heads-up to your references so that they’ll be on the lookout for unknown phone calls, emails that may have gone into a junk or spam folder, etc.
Don't push the panic button just yet.?
Hope I can get this position

The lady I spoke to is filling in the person who is in charge of. I thought that she would let me know if I am not hired so I can move on ?

The wheels of HR run slowly. They are never in a hurry to process any application. Hired or not... you are at their mercy. I have waited months to hear if I got the job.
You have done everything that you can. You are now playing the waiting game.
Best wishes.

'Never put all your eggs in one basket' as the saying goes. It would most prob behoove you to keep your options open & active.
To 'hurry up & wait' is prob the most excruciating part of a job search.
Good luck.
I guess I just have to wait until Monday.

Managers get 50+ emails a day, no joke. There are lots of emails they have t send with high priority, are in multiple meetings a day, need to deal with employee needs, and other unit management as well as ensuring they are reaching benchmarks for their unit and hospital.
I would give it a few days.

Oh yes. I submitted an application in April and got a call for an interview until August. Was offered the position after the interview but didn't start on the job until Sept. 30th. At my previous job I was working w/in 3 weeks. And I was already working at the facility. HR runs slowly. And all for different reasons.
Good luck!
