being a nurse yourself, can you name anything at all about your nursing job, duties, pay, hours or anything you don't like about nursing? the question was asked b4 on this forum by someone of would u go into nursing again if you knew then what u know now. many ppl answered the question with yes or no but they were not specific. so i was wondering what it is about nursing that you don't care for.

I work in a corectional facility so there are MANY things I don't like about it from this aspect. Other than the pay though....I wouln't change anything.

Patient ratio, paperwork, dealing with certain family members. Still, wouldn't trade my profession for anything else though. I truly love being a nurse.

long hours, rude and difficult people, having to work holidays, seeing people uncomfortable or suffering. pretty much the things you would expect anyone to answer if you think about what nursing is and what it entails.

Haha! I LOVE scrubs! Occasionally, I wear them even when I'm not working. People will say, "Did you just get off work?" Ummmm, yep. :)

Passive aggressive co-workers, especially females.
I can deal with everything else.

Sometimes short staffing but it's usually okay. Right now there is no OT available (which is rare) and I really need some!
