Is anyone else nervous about starting nursing school???

August is coming up soon and classes will be starting in a blink of a eye....as time gets closer I'm becoming less confident...Is anyone else feeling this way...Is it normal to be this scared....

Surprisingly, I'm feeling more and more confident and excited. I think it's perfectly normal to be nervous, but after my orientation, I feel ready to go. I may get nervous in a month when I'm about a week out. ;)

I'm starting to get nervous. I think it's the knowledge that the ball is about to be set in motion, and it won't stop rolling for quite some time! Two years of school, job hunting, new gradness...

Thursday is our first day. Wish me luck :)

I am nervous as well. Orientation isn't until July 19th, but the more I think about it the more nervous I get! I know I'll do fine (at least I'm going to do my best!) but I am kinda freaking out about the workload. Hopefully once it starts I'll just get into the flow and everything will be fine. :yeah: But even for as nervous as I am, I get more and more excited every day.

I am nervous and excited all at the same time. I start on Aug. 20 and I am in the process of getting all of small things out of the way (physical, drug test, background check) and getting my supplies and uniforms ordered. I can't wait!!!

On one hand...Terrified! But, I'm always scared of the unknown. I work best when I know what to expect and what's expected of me. I have heard school is the hardest thing I'll ever do. :uhoh21:

And the other...Excited! I am looking forward to learning. I can't wait to feel like I'm finally doing something for myself, which in turn will help others.:yeah:
