I was wondering if anybody has signed up with AVANT HEALTHCARE PROFFESIONALS, a USA based agency for NURSES and PTs, which currently sponsors NCLEX-passers. Any updates with your application?

I have started this thread thinking we could update on the process that you are undergoing since US visa bulletin is fast moving.

For those who signed up with AVANT, please. Share your experience with them here.

Thank you!

good day!

back then, I have been asking them my approval notice date but they dont give it. now, it is approved (as they say), they still have not give it to me. they said they will provide it once they receive a confirmation email from USCIS. Do you have same exp?

I have read other post from other agency, they give it right away.

Hi Aja! Were you a re-file or your petition got approved from the first filing? I am still waiting for a decision after the RFE answer for my second petition, my first one got denied.

just an rfe. they did not say anything about re filing. but I still dont know my priority date.

I never asked for it but I got a copy of the approval notice emailed to me in 3 weeks after the initial approval.

Aja92, your priority date is the day they filed your petition. Did they send you an email letting you know that your petition has been filed? If so, that is your priority date.

Was your petition approved after an RFE?

I have received my update and ofcourse another RFE. Getting really annoyed with the process.

So sorry to hear this Seventhdust. I hope after they submit, you will get an approval this time.

I'm now waiting to have my case transferred to the NVC after the initial approval almost a month ago.

I got my license from the state of Colorado.

Hello it seems that Avant is getting a lot of RFE and denials as contrary to their claim that they are having lots of approvals. My first filing June 2017 was denied December 2017 after RFE, Refiled March 2018 under premium processing, RFE this April. Currently, I am waiting for the results of their response for further evidence AGAIN which is due anytime now. This is absolutely frustrasting on our part. However, I also know that AVANT has also invested a lot of money on our petition and also a huge amount of effort since they keep on filing the petition on our behalf.

Let's just pray that everything will run smoothly this time and every petition will be approved. I am also at the brink of giving up but let us give AVANT the benefit of the doubt and keep thinking of positive outcomes. Good luck to all and let's keep each other posted.

By the way, you can also join the group in FB "Avant Filipino Nurses" so we can also update each other.

I don't think it's a fair assessment to make on incomplete data. We don't know the total number of cases, the number of RFEs, denials or approvals. How do we determine "a lot" from our limited perspective?

The fact that they're filing again is a sign that they believe in what they're doing, especially considering that they've invested thousands of dollars in a single nurse.

I do know someone who got a second denial and that person was understandably devastated. I don't know of the new plan but Avant was still willing to file for that person again.

I truly hope everyone will get their approval with the least amount of stress.

We also have a WhatsApp group that's available to Avant and other agency nurses regardless of ethnic background. It's specifically for nurses in the immigration phase. There's also an Avant-specific group but these days it's less active.

I am with Spider's Web here. Avant is investing quite significantly in it's nurses; I doubt a shrewd profit making company such as Avant would dare invest all that money without knowing for sure that there will be returns. I saw on their Facebook that they are now advertising for NCLEX passers, meaning people who have taken and passed NCLEX on their own, to join them and get full immigration sponsorship. They must know that this is a worthwhile investment.

Having said that, I confirm that my petition has been approved after an RFE. I relocate in the next 4 - 6 months. There is hope people. The journey is demanding and requires a lot of patience, and I should know because I have been quite frustrated recently, but it is worth it. It is real and eventually comes together in it's due time.

All the best you all!

Congratulations! Hqppy for you!! Yours was already approved after 2nd filing and RFE? When was your case refiled
