I was wondering if anybody has signed up with AVANT HEALTHCARE PROFFESIONALS, a USA based agency for NURSES and PTs, which currently sponsors NCLEX-passers. Any updates with your application?
I have started this thread thinking we could update on the process that you are undergoing since US visa bulletin is fast moving.
For those who signed up with AVANT, please. Share your experience with them here.
Thank you!
I think we're on d same track. Hope all is well as it is really frudtrating to wait and finding out that youll need to wait again and again for nothing . Im excited for spidersweb's journey. Keep us updated atleast we can have somethibg to look forward to and an idea of what to expect once that initial approval happens ✌ btw. Anyone has idea if we need to retake ielts? When its expiring and you still havent got any good outcome of your case?
I'm glad others can benefit from the information. I also hope it helps you guys stay motivated!
I think the IELTS score is only required for the VisaScreen, so as long as you already have the VS certificate, you should be fine.
They asked me to wait for four weeks but I sent them a letter today asking for an update. Hopefully Linda who is my point of contact replies so I would know the status of my papers. I ws expecting people to post their approval but it seems like no one from the thread especially those from the Philippines have gotten any positive news yet.... I maybe wrong I hope to hear good news from avant applicants. I will share my application update when avant replies. Goodluck to your application sember!
I also had rfe. I was filed as premium last feb2018. Still waiting for any update from avant. I have no idea if they already send the required documents:(A friend of mine got denied just this april but she's not from avant. She's thinking of another pAth (to NZ
So you received RFE back in Feb and they have not told you if they submitted the requested evidence or not? Wow! That is not good at all. Especially because they have up to 30 day to submit. If the USCIS does not receive the evidence within those 30 days, the petition is automatically denied. I would follow up with them and insist to know if they submitted or not and if not, what are the next steps.
