I was wondering if anybody has signed up with AVANT HEALTHCARE PROFFESIONALS, a USA based agency for NURSES and PTs, which currently sponsors NCLEX-passers. Any updates with your application?

I have started this thread thinking we could update on the process that you are undergoing since US visa bulletin is fast moving.

My case was filed for the 1st time on March 19th. I received an RFE on April 4th. They responded to the RFE and confirmed my approval yesterday. Total time from first filing to approval is about 8 weeks.

I am with Spider's Web here. Avant is investing quite significantly in it's nurses; I doubt a shrewd profit making company such as Avant would dare invest all that money without knowing for sure that there will be returns. I saw on their Facebook that they are now advertising for NCLEX passers, meaning people who have taken and passed NCLEX on their own, to join them and get full immigration sponsorship. They must know that this is a worthwhile investment.

Having said that, I confirm that my petition has been approved after an RFE. I relocate in the next 4 - 6 months. There is hope people. The journey is demanding and requires a lot of patience, and I should know because I have been quite frustrated recently, but it is worth it. It is real and eventually comes together in it's due time.

Congratulations sember.. i agree with you. We must trust avant because they are doing their best to expedite our petitions. Not all agency will file under premium procssssing because it is really expensive.

Btw, what country are you from sember. I am so excited on your journney.

It looks like we now have a spell of approvals. I have seen quite a number of approval confirmations on another forum. Happy for this good turn of events.

It's been 13 months already :( I've been emailing them every month for an update. 1st wk of this month I emailed them but I haven't received any reply yet. At least some of you were informed of the denial and refilling your case. Im from PH btw. Anyone here have the same story? Thank you.

What are you expecting from them at this time? I mean you said you're from the Philippines and your PD is April 2017. The latest visa bulletin is at January 2017, so your case is only about to become current. I know you've been waiting but there's still some time to wait before they'll start processing your case.

They filed my I140 in april 2017 but its still need to be approved by the USCIS right? Im still waiting for that approval.

Ah, you haven't even received an RFE, denial or approval. Have they really not told you anything? What was the last email you received? Have you contacted anyone else except your immigration specialist?

They told me in the last email that they dont have any update from the uscis. :( I emailed my immigration specialist and also the head of their department. It's almost a month and still no reply from them.
