I was wondering if anybody has signed up with AVANT HEALTHCARE PROFFESIONALS, a USA based agency for NURSES and PTs, which currently sponsors NCLEX-passers. Any updates with your application?

I have started this thread thinking we could update on the process that you are undergoing since US visa bulletin is fast moving.

For those who signed up with AVANT, please. Share your experience with them here.

Good evening all. I wrote my competency exam with avant score 70% Failed. Want to know if I can still be considered?

@Gloriaemeribe is this different clinical assessment exam that was done together with English assessment....I've done first interview as well...waiting to hear from the clinical team

Yes you can I am currently here in the usa right now I am almost 2 years into my contract, I don't have kids here, but I have commitments back home, I am able to fulfill, most of the nurses here ( Avant) have their families and they are doing pretty OK, lots of them that weren't bachelor's certified have completed their bachelor's, some are doing their masters and they have families so I know for a fact it is doable
