I was wondering if anybody has signed up with AVANT HEALTHCARE PROFFESIONALS, a USA based agency for NURSES and PTs, which currently sponsors NCLEX-passers. Any updates with your application?

I have started this thread thinking we could update on the process that you are undergoing since US visa bulletin is fast moving.

For those who signed up with AVANT, please. Share your experience with them here.

Asking the same too what happens to those of us who don't excel in the clinical exam ?are we disqualified

I made it through the clinical interview. ?now, prepping up for the final interview.. could anyone give me a heads up? thanks!

Is there anyone who submitted a nursing education transcript to Avant and later got turned down during the final screening phase.

Not really but just nervous and curious. I'm in the 3rd week of waiting for their final say on contract approval. I'm just wondering what if it comes out negative.

I am now on phase 1 NCLEX review.. but im finding it hard to balance work and study. any tips? study plan? also, I know avant is against us taking any formal course while we review but I will be starting my course next month which is sponsored by my employer so I really cant delay this. I don't know how to manage my time and im getting overwhelmed by all of these. ?
