I was wondering if anybody has signed up with AVANT HEALTHCARE PROFFESIONALS, a USA based agency for NURSES and PTs, which currently sponsors NCLEX-passers. Any updates with your application?

I have started this thread thinking we could update on the process that you are undergoing since US visa bulletin is fast moving.

For those who signed up with AVANT, please. Share your experience with them here.

I am currently beginning my process. I passed both screening exams, interview and next week I will take clinical assessment. My question is, to all avant nurses currently working in the usa. Can you make a living as an agency nurse? I'm taking my wife and kids with me. Thanks in advance. Pd: I am a surgical nurse (specialist).

Hi, 

I already interview yesterday and they send me an initial assessment medical surgical exam, after the exam I only got 40% and failed. Do I still proceed on my avant application? I still don't have NCLEX or ielts yet.

does anyone know about the contract break fees?

Heard it was in the 40k range, but someone took the to court snd psid abt 15k. Not sure how true any info is. But it will depend on how much they spent on uou and how much they were able to make back on u.  Keep me posted if u receive  info

Good day everyone, 

I would to know, is clinical exam different from competency test, if so,what makes the difference?

Also, whats the overall processing for AVANT from start to finish?

Is Avant the best in terms processing and fee coverage in comparison with other US nursing agency?
