I was wondering if anybody has signed up with AVANT HEALTHCARE PROFFESIONALS, a USA based agency for NURSES and PTs, which currently sponsors NCLEX-passers. Any updates with your application?

I have started this thread thinking we could update on the process that you are undergoing since US visa bulletin is fast moving.

For those who signed up with AVANT, please. Share your experience with them here.

Of course. They will. In my case, it took 4-6 weeks before I received the contract.

hi! I know its been a while for you but can u still remember what were the clinical interview questions that u had? I have just started my application with them and I’m scheduled for my clinical interview this coming Friday and I’m already anxious! ?

You are going to.do.well. you already reach this far. Your interview is about your work, daily routine, medications associated in that field and emergency situations , overall bed number in that hospital and your ward. Be confident in yourself. U will do.excellent.

I managed to do the clinical exam n English which I passed but for the clinical exam the feedback on the computer was that I failed to meet the requirements. ...will this stop my process or I'll be given a chance to continue with the process as they train me ?
