I was wondering if anybody has signed up with AVANT HEALTHCARE PROFFESIONALS, a USA based agency for NURSES and PTs, which currently sponsors NCLEX-passers. Any updates with your application?

I have started this thread thinking we could update on the process that you are undergoing since US visa bulletin is fast moving.

For those who signed up with AVANT, please. Share your experience with them here.

I filed the application form over a month ago but I am yet to hear from Avant healthcare. I've sent multiple emails to their recruitment box but no reply yet. Please is anyone also experiencing this? What do I do?

Hi Keon,

I would just send them an email through their customer service email address, give them a call or contact them via their Facebook page. They seem to respond to their Facebook comments quite fast.

I got the initial approval on my petition April 6.

Because it's expected that the NVC will receive my case in 4-8 weeks, I was asked to provide Avant with my civil documents (birth certificate, police record and passport biographic data page) within 3 weeks. Because the police record from my country is valid for only 3 months - and the same original document needs to be brought to the embassy interview -, we extended ordering the document until 4 weeks. I just ordered the documents and they will delivered to me within 1 week.

Besides just scanning and sending these documents to Avant, I'll need to upload them on the NVC's Immigrant Visa Application DS-260, which I will fill out online after the immigrant visa bill of $345 has been paid.

After that I'll wait for final processing before scheduling the exit interview at my local embassy and having my immigrant visa approved - hopefully! Once I know of the approval, Avant will present me with job offers. They asked me to send them my updated résumé and I have a placement assessment call scheduled in a couple of weeks where we'll go over the résumé and talk about my routine day in nursing. This will help them find the best employer for me.

They said I could be moving to the US as early as July but we'll see if it'll be more towards the end of the estimate, i.e. September. Either way, now everything seems to be happening all of a sudden and I feel absolutely excited!

Congrats on ur journey. Mine again request for RFE. Im loosing hope and expecting another denial in few weeks time. Good for u as ur country is always current and have no issues with your process. Keep us posted on ur journey. Best of luck

When did you receive the RFE? Have your lawyers already provided the USCIS with the evidence?

I really hope you will get good news after the further evidence has been processed. Another RFE doesn't have to be a sign of denial.

My case was filed last march27 after the first denial. last june 2017 was the first time they filed, rfe rcvd in septmber, denied last feb. my immigration specialist said their lqwyers are workibg on it, will submit whatever is needed.never mention when will they submit it again and when to expect the outcome.

So happy for your Spider's Web. Your journey is motivating to me. I like that they target for you to relocate in just 4 months after approval. That's awesome and I hope the time lines work for you. Keep us updated.

I got an RFE in early April. They will be refiling by May 4th, which is 30 days after receipt of the RFE. I should hear the outcome of the refiling latest 18th May. I am very hopeful that it will be approved this time. It is the first time they are filing for me.

It seems you are following the same track as me? Let's stay positive. :)

I'm a little confused: Did you get an RFE or a denial? They wouldn't refile if it's just an RFE, they would just submit the requested further evidence.

I got an RFE. So yes, they will submit the required evidence.
