Hello To All Interested Parties:
I am trying to get into the BSN program Spring 2009-anyone else in front of me or going to go the same time as a distance learner?

My only advice is steer clear of the College Network if you are going to do this program. I am not in the program, but a coworker of mine was taking the prerequisites. She is now going through a local community college. The cost was exorbitant. The ISU program is a good one, just TCN adds so many fees, that it does not pay to go through them. Good Luck!!

Thread moved to Distance Learning forum, as you'll find that's where most of the ISU students hang out.

I see you stated your classes some time ago. How is the program working for you? I hope to be following in your footsteps soon. Any advice you can give me will help. These nursing school programs are all expensive. What has been your experience.
I am reachable after Feb 10th for questions if you want to contact me, 317-881-5405, Connie

Nurse Joy, I could not say it better. I have been advocating a community college for prerequisites based on the cost and the ability to talk to a professor should there be dififculty. However, because of work requirments, some can only take distant learning.
I am with ISU distant learning but took my prerequisites at a community college and also others, since I have a bachelors, at another university.
