I would open a dog daycare. Sit all day and cuddle/play with dogs? That's the life for me.

Get my Master's in Nutritional Science and be a one stop shop for people to teach them how to read labels, grocery shop, prep food and eat real food on their current budget. I am currently a psych nurse and so many of the complaints we get could be managed with nutrition (mild depression, anxiety, sleep disturbances, chronic pain, etc.). Or I would love to focus on sports nutrition and be a one stop shop for diet, gym, physical therapy, etc. - aimed at runners/triathletes/crossfit athletes since that is my current "hobby" :-)

Since Vampire Slayer is already taken... Maybe go back to what I was doing before I started the process of applying to nursing school. Working on tv/movies/music videos. I also want to rescue animals from high kill shelters, but that's spending money not making money hahaha
