How was it? Side effects?
Please, no debate on whether or not to do it. Just reports from those who have rec'd it.
A completely non-scientific poll!

I received the IM injection. No pain at the site at all, in fact i thought that maybe they didn't get it into the muscle--but other students told me that they didn't experience any pain either. Like 0 pain in the days following.
I worked with the county health department screening for the H1N1 vaccine. The standing orders stated was that children under 9 receiving the nasal spray were to return in 21 days for a second dose so we were getting many kids for their second inoculation. Of the kids returning, none of the parents stated any kind of problems with the first dose while i was working.

I had my vaccine 3 weeks ago...didn't even feel it and no problems so far. Hubby had his a week later...same thing. Niece had hers (nasal vaccine)...she had a headache for a little while but she's fine now.

I received the vaccine yesterday, December 15. This was the first day it was available to the general population in my county. I had a slight soreness for half a day at the injection site (right deltoid). No other symptoms.
On the other hand, a 25 year old man in my county died from H1N1 complications within the past week. He probably never had the opportunity to receive the vaccine.

Received it...and slept for about 10 hours that night. No other side effects except for a sore arm.
