I got it a couple weeks ago, my arm hurt that day and I had a headache for a couple of days afterwards.

I had mine a few weeks ago, upon d/c from hospital after bariatric surgery. I got it under the employee system though. I got it, my regular flu and a pneumo all at once--all IM (gave in different locations). I ran a low grad temp for a couple of days, don't know which did it, but other than that, I feel okay.

got the shot, no pain or soreness, only got a very slight headache after.

Got the nasal spray two weeks ago. No issues at all.

Got it last week. Arm was sore and muscle felt tight for 4.5 days afterwards. Was not sore going in, but within a few hours it got sore! Could not lift arm above head for same - 4.5 days. Was worse than getting tetorifice booster!!! Not looking forward to regular flu shot. Would rather not have either flu shot but don't want to be off work without pay, should an outbreak occur. :(

I had mine Monday - no side effects at all.... (so far!). However, the regular flu shot gave me a sore arm!

In Canada we don't have the intranasal, so for me it was the IM a week ago Tuesday. Got both the H1N1 and the seasonal at the same time. There was a little tenderness at the injection sites a few hours after the injections, and the H1N1 was a touch more sore, but not really much of a concern. No tiredness, no headache, no fever... nada. My IPV before nursing school was WAY worse.

Had the shot 8 days ago. No pain going in, no sore arm, no side effects. I feel fine. I had the regular flu shot 10 days prior to that.

had it yesterday. have a little bit of a sore arm today, no big deal.
