If you could go back and choose a specialty or dream job (if you're not in it already), what would it be? For example, if you knew what you know now about nursing, would you still have chosen to be a nurse or another career? I would want to go back and become a pharmacist...

I worked my dream job as a stay at home mom. I was good at it and it was where my heart was happiest. Unfortunately the salary for stay at home parents is awful.

I would have not chosen nursing.

Wishing I could enter that time machine... become a hospital administrator and mandate safe staffing ratios.
