It would be to have a better nurse:patient ratio. and proper staffing.
I just found out my freind who works in the gaming industry gets the same amount of money as me, plus breaks and is probably treated with more respect.

Competent management (from top to bottom) could and would alleviate most of the present problems in healthcare.

I vote for better staffing. I did not go into nursing for $$$ and if I have to choose between more $$ and more staffing....well I wanna take care of the patients better, so more staff!

BETTER PATIENT STAFF RATIO+INSIGHTFUL,COMPETANT ADMINISTATION=BETTER CARE=LESS NEGATIVE STRESS=LESS ERRORS= CONTENT FAMILIES=HAPPIER NURSES + a little $ never hurts deb
