Last year they were pretty late with the letters so don't freak out if you don't get them asap.

I am just going to place myself on April 15th mentally so I do not start harassing the mail person....lol.

I am definitely feeling the same nervous/anxious/excited feeling as you all are. I love the countdown! I was trying to forget about it, but that's not very easy to do. I thought it was March 15th, so I'm glad that I read this or I would have been getting very upset in the next few days. Good luck everyone!

How is everyone holding up??

I am doing good now that I lined up a microbiology class at another college...I was scared I wouldn't be able to get into that class and then i'd be screwed! Other than that I just cant wait to find out so I can plan the rest of my year!

I couldn't care less. I already know I didn't make it, so I'm gonna try and focus on my other pre-reqs and try to forget about the letter. If I don't get accepted this fall, I won't be able to apply for anything until next fall so I might as well shoot for a school where I am guaranteed a spot (HFCC). Takes the pressure off of taking entrance exams and a bunch of other nonsense that I don't need to deal with in my life right now. I'm just trying to stay calm in my own mind so I don't freak out with anxiety! I want to make it in this fall more than anything, but if I don't, it is what it is. No use being upset over something that I can't control.
Of course, if MCC accepts me this fall, I'll take it in a heart beat
Lol.... I hear ya. I am pretty sure I am not in, but one can always hope for an alternate spot. I was thinking HFCC also if things do not work out, I am going to wait and see for a bit and then go from there. But.....I wish the letter would hurry up and come so I know either way.

I spoke with the enrollment office this morning and they informed me that they have not even started the ranking process!!!!! She said they are starting next week. She also said they will be sending a letter out confirming our GPA and Hesi score that is being used to rank us first and then the acceptance/denial letters will go out after that. They did do the same thing last year, I got the first letter the first week of April and got my denial letter after April 15. I am keeping my fingers crossed that this year it will be an acceptance letter! Just thought I would inform all of you waiting by the mailbox already- you know you are!LOL
They haven't even started yet!!! Don't they know they have hundreds of people planning their lives around that letter? They must think it's fun to watch all of us wondering what's going to happen. Oh well, I'll start checking my mailbox everyday in a few weeks. I seem to skip a few days of getting the mail lately. I think I'm just nervous about what might be in there. I got the new enrollment procedures yesterday in the mail, and when I saw that the letter was from Macomb I almost peed my pants. Too bad it wasn't what I was waiting for.
Next week is Spring Break so I doubt they will start then either. We are in for a long wait! eek!
