I think the mail carrier may be thinking....

I'm a stalker! :rotfl: Hopefully I won't get hit with a restraining order or something....you know, meeting him/her at the mailbox EVERY day, sometimes there before them, looking for that elusive letter!

Let 'em think it....the day I start screaming and running for the house upon receipt of said letter will probably be the day I get a new mail carrier :D

Oh my goodness when i opened your post i literally began laughing out loud. not because of the whole mailbox thing but because i am just like you! i hate not knowing and this wait is driving me insane. well good luck with everything!!!

"good things come to those who wait"

As long as you don't start chasing him down the street and nipping at his heels!:)

I guess mailcarriers see it all, too!:D

Does a mail carrier prefer dogs running him down & nipping at his heels, or prospective nursing students? :rotfl: :rotfl:

Actually, reading the title made me wonder: Do mail carriers know exactly when the local schools mail out their nursing acceptance letters just by people stalking them twice a year throughout the city?

what are the chances of "letters" being sent early? i have read a couple of posts where people got their news a little early (and they got in!). hummmmm.....

It would be nice. I know for my program for Spring '06, most of the acceptance letters were received on the mail-out deadline day. Denial letters were received 'after that day'. :uhoh3:

I'm just expecting mine on or before April 15th, but if it's an acceptance, I'll take whatever day. lol

I'm wondering with it being tax day if ours will be mailed out a few days early....

Just wanted to let you guys know I'm praying for all of you.

As for whether the news can come early, it does. News came about a week early from my school (unfortunately, it was a rejection letter:p ).

I was pretty good about not stalking the mailman. Mostly because I was working everyday. Now, if you want to know how many UPS men I've ran off on Harry Potter release days..

Oh goodness, I hope so! Good luck!

I know exactly what you mean! In fact, I am so happy today just because it is March 1st and now another month closer! We are all insane :)

I wish I would get my letter early. I found out today from a classmate that the nursing department hasn't even received the application packets from admission yet! I guess it will be April before I hear yeah or nay! At least its a month closer now!

This made me laugh. I can relate. I sort of bonded with my mail lady. She was the one who delivered my acceptance letter. ATT and License and all those other important things inbetween. I remember the day my license came in the mail, she actually wrote "Congratulations!" on the envelope:imbar
