I am taking A and P 2 and Microbiology!!!

Published

Hello all I am taking A and P 2 and Microbiology this fall. Can anyone tell me what I am getting myself into? Is Micro really that hard?

I didn't take Micro and A&P2 together. But if you don't take the time to study, then it will be difficult. There is some overlap between the two, but not that much.

im taking both this summer semester, as with my class, depends on the teacher and what they expect, both are really interesting so tha helps

You will do fine as long as you keep up with the reading/classwork. I found very little overlap. Both were very interesting IMO.

Good luck!

Oi good luck... I didn't know you could take both together.... I am taking A&P this semester and Micro next. I was too scared to take both together... didn't think I would have enough study time available... I already feel like I don't have a life LOL... keep us posted on how you are doing.

you are going to need time management and discipline, good luck it can be done

Thats pretty brave, I'm sure you'll do fine as long as you listen in class, take good notes and study.

I took them both together in the spring. Keep on top of your reading and assignments and you'll do fine. Not easy, but you'll be glad they are out of the way once you're done.

I did microbiology, A&PII, Antropology and Chemistry during the summer 2003

semester and got A's...It is pretty doable, you just have to be disciplined. Be focused and you will be okay.

I am not sure how you would take 3 sciences and a gen ed in one summer. all of our sciences are five unit classes and we would never be able to do that. I find it so frustrating that there is such a discrepency in units per science pre-reqs.

I never took ap 2 and micro together but i have taken ap1&2 and chem together and got all A's. I also knew a girl that took ap 2 and micro together and got all A's so it's possible to succeed. You just have to have good time management and be dedicated.

At my program we take them both together. It was not a problem - just have to put in the study time.
