O M G, I am soooo happy right now! Out of 585 applications, my name came up in the first 100, which means I should get into Spring 2014 at CCSF (they pick 50 for fall; 50 for spring). Nothing's set in stone until I get the official letter, but I'm still going to celebrate!!!
I attended Merritt's LVN program for a year and saw the horror first hand. I then got into LMC RN program and graduated from there. HUGE DIFFERENCE. I have a friend you graduated from CCSF about a year ago and loved it. Had a wonderful experience.
Awesome! Thanks so much for the info! I want to get into LMC!! I am still waiting for them to have their lottery. That's my first choice based in me living in Antioch, and their reputation... I think my alternative choice will be CCSF..
Got my letter today too! I am officially admitted to Spring 2014 now!Congrats guys! Can't wait too see you all at orientation. :)
YAY!!! I'm so happy for you lauraline! We will be going through it together!
Christina417, I live in Pacheco, so if you do go to CCSF, we could possibly carpool for clinicals :-)
Volleygirl, I'm assuming you're in too. Yay us!!! So excited!!! I am going to be taking a history class in the fall to finish up my UC gen. ed. credits. I just finished Pharmacology this week. Whew. Other than that, I'm going to enjoy my family time as much as I can because I know it will be almost non-existent when NS starts.
