  1. hey lauraline: i emailed the head of nursing!
  2. haha - I don't think the quality of education was the issue with accreditation - it was due to the mismanagement of funds.
  3. Hey guys - I was just informed that even is ccsf closes, students will be allowed to complete their program. They can close a college and still keep certain programs going until the program is complete while not admitting any new students.
  4. I just saw that!!! I freaked out at first BUT CCSF is appealing - and that is a lengthy process. If you are starting in fall, you will be ok at least for the first year and probably for the entire two years. I also saw that if CCSF appeal is denied, we can still get absorbed by another school.
  5. Congratulations!!!!!!
  6. I'm glad someone brought this up! I don't know what it means for us if CCSF doesn't get their accreditation, but I will ask at the May 16 orientation.
  7. Hey lauraline, I took the TEAS on 5/1/13 at CCSF. It was computerized. you get your results as soon as you finish the test. We were not allowed to leave the room at all -even if we finished a section early. I agree with chasn - use the ATI study manual!!! It really prepares you for the test.
  8. Thanks! I'm super excited! That means within the next few days, the first fifty should have letters.
  9. Hey all - I got my conditional acceptance letter in today's mail! My name was in the top ten on the lottery so I assume everyone else should be getting it soon! See you in Fall!
