O M G, I am soooo happy right now! Out of 585 applications, my name came up in the first 100, which means I should get into Spring 2014 at CCSF (they pick 50 for fall; 50 for spring). Nothing's set in stone until I get the official letter, but I'm still going to celebrate!!!

Congrats everyone!!!! ;) Can you guys let me know your standby number so I know where I stand? I'm #48... Praying I get in!

Do you need to finish up any 4 yr general Ed if you are getting your 4 yr degree during the last semester I the ADN program or after? If not, maybe just order some help books on amazon like dosage calculations, or medical terminology, and brush up on your a&p.... ??

No, well I have a previous BA degree already. I was thinking I could bridge RN-MSN after I am licensed. I'm not really sure if there's any other classes I need to finish the ADN at CCSF other then what's laid out for us in the nursing curriculum. Any ideas? I guess it must be in the catalog somewhere?

Congrats! Where are you coming from?

I am comming from Palo Alto.. & i'm debating on doing these classes for the meantime... hmmmm... I can only take one though, & it would be the terminology class..

I can only take 1 too, also the medical terminology class. I will see you there! :D

By the way, anyone know if CCSF will help us with job assistance in any way once we graduate?

I think I am taking the healthcare mathematics! It will def be helpful. I've already taken med term at city and I'm not too sure about the nursing success.
