I need scrubs............help!

so i have been working as a new nurse for 5 weeks. i need advice on scrubs! my floor has no specific color restrictions....we just cant wear jeans or shirts that 'advertise' (pretty liberal).

i have 4 pr dickies and i like them, but cannot keep up on washing so frequently.

i had no idea how much i could spend for a work uniform!

i want front pockets, comfortable, washes/holds up well.

oh ya, i am 5'8", and need "tall" pants.

i have been looking to order online......any recommendations for websites? what are your favorite scrubs? why?

Try www.marcusuniforms.com. Very good service, the cheapest prices around. I like Cherokee, but I'm 5'5" and they run to fit my big butt.

Try http://www.allheart.com/ They seriously have EVERYTHING on this site, their customer service is great, and their shipping was fast...as far as uniforms go, I know Dickies tend to work well for taller people. There was a girl in my nursing class who was 5'9" at least and she mentioned once that she can only wear Dickies because of her long legs----they were the only ones that weren't too short! I also like Dickies because they're the most stylish, functional, and they're well made. Good luck!

I second the Marcus Uniforms suggestion. I just got two sets of scrubs for $15/set. I like them and they come in pretty colors.

I buy all of my uniforms from uniformadvantage.com. They carry name brand and uniform advantage brand. Both are very good scrubs and hold up well. UA brand is CHEAP

If you have any Gallo clothing store in your area try them. Also Lynn's uniform has decent one's too

I use allheart.com, but I will spend money on scrubs so I'm comfortable and ones that have great pockets. I buy the Dickies Hip Flips in medium tall, and they have 3 side leg pockets. Their regular cargo scrubs have 2 front pockets as well as the side pockets. They are pricey, but worth it in my opinion.
