I need help!

I have been having abdominal pains, headaches, chest pains, and now I keep getting bloated at the slightest meal. I had some green bowel movement and shortness of breath and dizziness. What's wrong with me?

Probably not a quiz since it says she's 18. A little young to be asking questions like those (unless in nursing school at a young age) or it were true.
