Nurses Spirituality
Published Apr 11, 2012
I just do. I go to work and not only get the paycheck, but satisfaction when people get better. Some Satanists have to do work they don't enjoy, but I get to live my religion through work.
Since I work in the ER there's a networking aspect, BONUS!

So you can post this for a laugh (??), but someone posts what appears to be a serious post of loving being a Christian nurse and she gets a ration of........?
I was noticing this same thing...
Very sad.
i think it's immature to mock nursing and spirituality in a "nursing and spirituality" section. shame on you. some people are satanists, it's offensive to suggest that saying you are one is "mocking" to religion.

that's not what's being said. what's being mocked is the "i love being a christian nurse" topic by the creation of this "parody" post.

You being a Satanist nurse (or whatever you are) and public and proud and tolerant, just makes me feel safer that all beliefs are tolerated. Including mine. Praise the Lord!

You may want to think of going into management, OP. Lots of selling one's soul to the Dark Lord going on there. :)

Come on!!! Lighten up; you'll feel better. I understand this may not be your type of humor, but for some it is. Tolerance requires a sense of humor.

Hmmm, that explains what I went through nearly two weeks ago.
JK. I'll work with a professed Satanist over fake evangelical Christians any day. In my city, which is well known for mega churches and the Christian right, those types are a dime a dozen.

I wasn't aware of the context regarding other religions here so I responded to it as a "stand alone" subject.
updated: I see. There was a staff directive on the other thread for people who wanted to say they love being to start their own thread.
