I hate days off of school....

Due to inclement weather classes were canceled the last two nights. It sounds great but it isn't. Whenever I have an unexpected day off from school for some reason I feel out of place and things just seem to go wrong. I never thought I'd say that I dislike unexpected days off from school but I do.

I hope mother nature hears my request for spring so that there are no more unexpected days off from school.

The truth of it is that I'm not fond of unexpected "days off", because I know they're not really days off. We gotta make 'em up sometime, right? We were only cancelled yesterday, and we're off on break next week, so the Monday we return will be hellish.

Better get to reading :) ... you have tests coming up right

We had a snow day yesterday as well, and it was a clinical day, and guess what?? WE DON'T HAVE TO MAKE IT UP!!

Rolling over to back to sleep after my clinical instructor called at 4:30 am to cancel was sa-WEET!!!

I'm with you, I happen to like school.

We had two days off during the first week of this semester due to MLK day and a snow day. MLK day fell on Monday and the snow day fell on Wednesday; therefore, I missed the entire week of Mon-Wed classes.

I am going to hate having spring break off because I have a test scheduled on the Monday after break ends. I'd rather take the test early, get my results, then enjoy my break without having to study.

We just had a snow day (Wednesday), and it sucked. I got used to the routine of going to school that night, AND we missed a test in Physical Assessment(PA), so now our first test is Pharmacology, NOT PA, so the brain is getting scrambled. Trying to prioritize, watching videos, and then not being tested for a week, guess it is just a taste of what's to come, lol:confused:

We had a snow day on Wednesday and it turned out really well for our class b/c our test for next week is postponed a full week, which is very much needed b/c we had a skill validation, 1st care plan and exam #2 all scheduled within 2 days! Now we can relax a bit and take the extra weekend to prepare for the exam. :)

As much as I adore school, I would love to have a day off to catch up a bit:typing

I agree that the unexpected school days screw everything up. I will say it was nice to be able to sleep in but when we returned our lectures were in fast forward and didnt learn anything. Technically u dont get a day off u return to double time which is worse.

I lurv being off of school
