:dancgrp::anpom:i got the job i was hoping for at a ltc dementia unit the shift i wanted.Iam so happy this place is amazing in its design,(it is a new unit) I am so excited i go for orientation wed.it is like a seperate facility with a big common area and dining area and room on each side with a big courtyard surrounded by the building so noone can escape showers in every room no lifting all are mobile and use restroom on their own (with the occasional accident)

OMG all of them are ambulatory? Wow that sounds wonderful!
I know i am lucky compared to alot of the jobs i could have got.All walking and using bathroom on their own is alot showers in every room is nice. The rooms all coming out into a big common area and the dining area right in the unit so the residents stays right in the common area or the courtyard ,or their rooms. You can see the whole unit from nurses station.:clpty::dncgbby:thanks for the well wishes
