If you walked in and saw a male boss and his female worker embracing in an affectionate hug...would you think it was your business to say anything?

You don't know why they were hugging.....and why would it be your business to report anyway? Believe half of what you see and nothing of what you hear, good advice from someone older and wiser who is now gone.....

WalkieTalkie, RN 674 Posts Specializes in CVICU. Feb 4, 2010 Why does it matter? I hug my co-workers from time to time, both male and female. Someone might deem it "affectionate" but most of the time it's after one of them had a bad night, lost a patient, or what not. Doesn't mean we're having a relationship. If they are in a relationship, they will eventually either come forward, or get caught one way or another. Just mind your own business... if you question it or report it (or even ask others about it), it's going to come back and bite you.
