Central West Michigan here. In a small rural critical access hospital our shifts are 3a to 330p and 3p to 330a. That is med/surg and ob. Our Emergency Dept is 5a to 530p and 5p to 530a. I am ob and med/surg and I really dislike don't think this is a "user friendly" schedule.
