My preferred poisons are Wild Vines merlot (usually about $3 at the grocery store) or a bottle of Mikes Hard black cherry lemonade. I drink these while reading Facebook or going through Pinterest. Works like a charm every time ... even when I don't have a hard shift at my internship!

^^ I have totally wished that I had a cath set at home on several occasions. The mere thought of dragging myself out of bed ALL the bay to the bathroom is just unbearable sometimes. But usually not too big of a problem since I always end up super dehydrated after a rough shift.

But as for the original question, Starbucks. Always Starbucks. And we have the best grocery store with a great bakery (Wegmans for you Northeasterners). I'll grab myself a mini peanut butter cream pie, or chocolate cake, or cookies, or something equally delicious. And Starbucks ;)

A shower with someone special (or he doesn't have to be special... Depends on how bad the night was). If I decide to go solo, Soft pajamas and a glass of crown. In my bed.

It doesn't even have to have been a bad night for that though. As much as I despise it - YOLO (you only live once). I only drink after I work and on my days off. Haha.

Grey Goose and a bubble bath!

Early Morning Denny's and pedicure with co-workers is the Absolute best!!! :DSometimes it feels good to do some shopping but most days I just can't wait to jump in the Hot Shower and Dive in the bed!!! OMG it's the best feeling when you don't have to be back at work at 3 pm.

After a REALLY tough shift, I get doughnuts. =) I'm pretty bad about stopping at McD's after work or going to the convenience store and getting Tornados off of the roller grill (I think they are yummy!), but I usually reserve doughnuts for after those really hectic, stress filled nights.

After a tough shift I used to 'reward' myself with an unhealthy breakfast (my shifts end at 7:00a.m.) that consisted of donut holes and perhaps a big breakfast burrito or Sausage McMuffin from McDonald's.

I now 'reward' myself with 45 to 60 minutes of cardio exercise at the gym after work, and my mind and body feel better because of it.

Rotfl! I thought I was the only one! Too bad you can't delegate urination to someone else. Jk!!! Lol!

Yes!!! There have been times ( after a brutal night shift) when I get home and have been so knackered...I've actually considered wearing an ' Attends' to my bed to avoid the dreaded " middle of a good days sleep pee disturbance".

Never had the guts to actually do it though....

Reward myself after a though shift??

There are not one, but TWO dairy queens on my drive home. First dairy queen, a chocolate dilly bar. the Second one (blocks from my home)- a blizzard so i don't have to eat it in the car. I got my system down! :)
