My understanding is when a bleach bolus is ordered, I will place a 14g in the hand (or possibly intraocular), no filter, bleach to be slammed ivp. We are debating whether the flush should be ns or solumedrol 125mg, again slammed.

I had no idea who Alex Azar was, so I looked him up:
