I thought it would be interesting for all of us to share our ages. I'm 27 and I'm pursuing nursing as a second bachelors degree.

29 pursuing ADN. Have a bachelor's degree in Justice and Law Administration. A minot in history. Volunteered 3 year's as an EMR. Completed EMT-B training never went for certification. Worked as an Anesthesia Technician for one year. Worked on an inpatient psych unit for 2 year's. Worked at a residential adolescent group home for 3 month's. Worked as a sterile processing technician for two month's. Now working inpatient psych again. Hopefully a nurse in the future.

30 yrs old and pursing my second degree. No shame in my game lol

36 :) Second degree here as well!

I'm 28 and was just accepted into an LPN program. Took a long time to take all my prereqs and coreqs but now all I have to focus on are the nursing courses and I could attend at a satellite closer to my house!

I'll be 29 this year. Starting my prereqs with 5 children & my husband. After being a working mommy at a dead end job for so long.... I figured its time for me to have a career I really want

I am 24 years old. I have been in the army for quite a few years, I will ETS out in June and join the reserves. I am applying to a community college in Tampa, FL and hopefully get in for the Fall Semester! :) I am married and have a 4 month old. :)

I'm 26 and completing my pre-requisites for nursing school. I'll be pursuing my ASN through a local community college. I plan to have my degree shortly before my 29th birthday. I can't wait!!!

Lots of young nurses here. I'm almost 49, graduated nursing school in '94, full time school nurse, part time business owner, mom of 3 kiddos (plus 2 dogs) and heading back for my RN to BSN starting next month.

Going back for career change.

First BS is in Biology.

2 young kiddos.

I am 45- never too old :)

Specializes in Surgical Nursing.

I'm 35, I have a 4 year old, and I work full time in banking. I'll be starting this fall in the nursing program. Right now I'm just taking A&P II. What a luxury to just take one class!

I'm 28. I'm taking my last prerequisite class this semester and will be applying for an ASN program this summer in southeast Georgia. I have a bachelor's degree in psychology, and previously employed in child protective services. I'll hopefully have my RN by the end of next year.
