I thought it would be interesting for all of us to share our ages. I'm 27 and I'm pursuing nursing as a second bachelors degree.
I'm 48, a wife, a mom of triplets age 22, working full time. I finally finished college and graduated with my first Bachelor's in 2005 in an unrelated field.
I intend on retiring / leave of absence from my career in August. I have applied to begin RN school for Fall of 2017. One of my son's is also applying for entry at the same time and we are super excited.
Hi 👋🻠I'm 28! I finished my prereqs last semester and will be turning in my application for the ADN program this month to start in the Fall. (27/28 points woo-hoo!!) I am married and have two small children, 6 & 2. I've always wanted to help people and make a difference in the world so I'm excited about my career choice. When I graduate I'll be 30 and my youngest will start elementary school so I'll be ready to go to work! Will working, I plan on pursuing my BSN and MSN so I've got a lot of work ahead of me!
Hi all! I just turned 35 and have been working on prerequisites slowly for several semesters now. I have a bachelor of music in viola performance and quit my job in a symphony after 11 years. 5 kids ages 2 - 10 and if all goes according to plan I should finish my ADN when I'm 37.5. Then on to BSN online likely.
I'm excited to be here!!
I'm 19! I completed my prereqs during my last 2 years of high school at a local community college. I graduated with my high school diploma and Associate in Pre-Nursing in June 2016. I had applied for the BSN program for Fall 2016 but was placed on the waitlist and didn't get in. I reapplied for Spring 2017 and got in!
Just started my first semester of a 2-year BSN program last week :)
