Published

So what does everyone get for Christmas/Winter break?

We get out at 2pm on the 22nd (movie and party day - so will be nice and quiet day in here) and then have off until a staff inservice day Jan.3 and kids are back Jan 4th.

The last day for us is the 16th..then we have to come back on the 3rd! I don't know why I thought we always usually get 3 weeks off and not just 2! Oh well..

My poor hubby has to work 12 hours both Christmas eve and Christmas day since they both fall on his weekend to work this year, major suckage!

Half day for the kids on the 21st, teachers go back n the 9th, the kids and I don't come back until the 10th.

Last day is 22nd

Staff comes back 01/06

Kids come back 01/09

Can't wait!!!! :roflmao:

Last day is today the 16th. Staff report back on the 3rd. Kids on the 4th.

My daughter's school district is different. Her last day of school is the 21st which is oddly enough just half a day and she goes back to school on the 4th. Staff in her district goes back on the 3rd

I have to spend my first few days of break still waking up early to get her ready for school. HOWEVER, there is advantage to me getting up early. I'm a very incredibly stressed out divorced mom so I'm looking forward to a little "Me" time. I can get out early and take care of some business such as oil change, getting my car tags renewed, some last minute shopping.

Still here, in my office, the office staff and guidance are enjoying a lunch bought for them by administration....

Still here too... currently trying not to spaz out on the nonsense walk-ins that keep coming through my door... woooooosaaaaaah
