How much do you get paid?

Just curious into knowing how much does an rn start off with if working in a hospital??? Does it depend what unit you choose to work in? Or qualifications you have??

most hospitals have a set rate based on how many years of experience you have and then you get yearly raises (hopefully)

I'll tell you in the space of 3 years and a switch between east coast to the west coast, pay increased by almost $20 an hour.
