I had 265 yesterday and feel really good about the last set of questions (especially #265). I'm SCARED, though. Anybody know what the chances of passing are at 265??? Thanks!

Specializes in I do it all baby!.

Passed with 265 first time. The number of questions doesn't matter....

Good luck!

Just received a news from a friend that she passed at 265 questions. There's no indication of passing or failing in any number. They all have the same percentage of pass/fail on any number. Goodluck to all who got 265 questions...

my cousin had 265 question same as me but the only difference is that, shes a US educated nurse and i am a foreign grad and my chances of passing is very little comparing to Us grad nurses. anyways, luck is luck, wherever u r from, when it is time for u to become a certified nurse, all the good luck turns towards u... prepare well and study well....and u will ace it. hope i hit the spot nxt time... goodluck to all of us....

Had 75 the 1st time and failed, had 265 today in 5hrs 55min,so I guess we'll see!

This makes me feel a little better! I took mine today and had 265 questions. I would get the harder "prioritizing questions"...like 5 in a row, then I'd get an easy one, then hard. Then a lot of easy ones, then hard. It's hard to know. I was the only one left in the room. I've talked to about 4 people from my school and they had 70-something and passed. UGH. I know everyone is saying that the # of questions does not matter...but it says that it means it took the computer longer to know if you were above the pass rate? I'm thinking that isn't a good thing...? It was hard, I hope I don't have to take it again. Good luck to everyone & best wishes!

My friend just graduated last December , and then she did the KAPLAN and studied three weeks. Then she took the NCLEX-RN. She was sure thath she would be out in two hours. But not yes was ther for five hours 265 questions, she thinks she got last question wrong, but after two days she got unofficial result online from PEARSON guess what...............she PASSED.

Passed with 265---1st try.

i was bombarded by priority questions by the time i reached 250+, my mind felt like exploding since it was nearing the end of the 6 hour alloted time, and i havent eaten breakfast and lunch, expecting that i'd be out in 2 - hours with 75 questions, I stopped at 265 with 5 minutes left, 2 weeks later I got the results, all subjects were near passing, :scrying: I hope i learned my lesson, have someting to eat and never expect to have 75 questions

but everything is 50/50, my friend passed at 265
