Most of my friend who took the NCLEX with select all that apply question passed the exam. Just one mistake it will not considered right. Some of them got 10 questions and passed. Is this considered or indicate that you are doing good and reach the highest level of difficulty on the NCLEX Exam? I'm having a hard time having this type of question on the NCLEX.
Just took the NCLEX, and sure wish I found this thread! I must have had over 13 SATA. I got one ever 3-4 questions. I would have rather narrowed my answer down to 2 choices and have difficult questions then all those SATA. The chance of getting one of the regular difficult one correct seems to have better odds. I stopped at 75 and no idea how I have done. I think maybe I can say I got 5 right. Prioritizing, infectious control had the most. About 3 pharm, 5-6 Med-surg and Zero Calculations.
From my reading, I thought the test was suppose to be staged...going up in difficulty if you are getting them correct, and easier when you miss a few. I found that the SATA were mostly difficult!
I took the lpn nclex and failed i had what would you do first and the pts. had more then one thing wrong with them--the i had everything from older pts--pregnant pts--babys--drugs--math--and most but not least pneuominic plague--and for the first hour i had to listenn to a girl typing next to me--talk about distraction
i just took my nclex rn for the 2nd time today..i had alot of select all that apply questions in the beginning a few in the middle and 2 at the end..i had btwn 100-110 questions im soooo nervous this waiting for results is killing me!! i just hope i passed this time i dont wanna go thru all this again! its sooo difficult!
The computer shut off at 75 questions, and about a third of my questions were SATA. It was really disheartening because they were so hard! Definitely a lot of infection control questions, no med calculations. Some of the questions were knowledge and not application questions, so I'm praying that I passed. I find out tomorrow. I can't start my new job until I have my license, so I felt a LOT of pressure for the exam ...
