Houston Residencies Summer 2019!!

Can you believe applications have started opening up? Anyway, just an early start for everyone to discuss.

I'm planning on applying to Harris Health, Memorial Hermann, Methodist, & TCH, and I will be applying to multiple locations for each. I'm trying to decide if I should branch out and apply at some places out of state or not since I want a very demanding specialty, but I'm not necessarily ready to uproot my family just for my residency. I'm open to suggestions or thoughts from others who have been through this part of the experience already.

Usually you get the ATT about a week or two after graduation depending when your school sends your info to the BON

How soon did you receive yours? (if you graduated already) BON received and cleared mine last week.

I graduated last August and got mine a week after graduation.

I graduated on 4/26 (affidavit of graduation was sent on 4/24) and I received my ATT on Monday 5/6

I graduated on May 11 and received my ATT about 45 min ago. They’re on their way so be on the lookout!

I graduated May 9th no ATT. The director of the program went on vacation until today. I'm really hoping it doesn't delay everything.
