I have decided to start a thread for HCC future nurses that are applying for class beginning 2015 of spring. I would like us all to be able to share and relate to one another, while experiencing this exciting moment. I know it may seem a little early but better sooner then later. This will be my last semester before I can apply to the program. I am registered to take micro with lab and humanities fall 2014. I will be able to submit my application in right after my grades are posted. The deadline for the 2015 spring class is June 1st if I am not mistaken. How is everyone else holding up?

Is an E-book just for online classes then? My book was huge back in '04 and my son's he just got is a spiral bound HUGE thing for AP 1. As many times as I turned pages back then, a spiral would have been a NIGHTMARE for me. Just turning a page nicely rips!! That was for Meads class, I suppose all the books for AP are the same for any teacher though huh? He withdrew from class cause he was failing anyway so...

Thanks everyone for your feedback! Even though everyone has great things to say about the teacher at the DM campus, she only has classes during the day. I'm most likely going to go to a regular class(not a DsOnline) at the Brandon location since it's closer to me.

Please let me know if DM has book and ebook package ready. I would like to buy mine also. Just don't want to drive to PC

Hey guys, I have a little concern regarding the certified profile. I submitted most of the twelve requirement, but there's also like 10 more requirement regarding hospital(Brandon/south bay) consent forms. Are those also required to be done before the deadline like our immunization/physical forms on the 28th of this month? If so, most papers also need our instructor signature and times and dates of our clinical which we don't have at the moment. Are we only suppose to do the first 12?

You don't have to do brandon stuff! just the parking pass that is all! n yes first 12 n parking pass!

Oh ok thanks. But the parking pass forum requires our clinical rotation date which we don't have yet.

I put the date when the NP1 start to finish from 01/12/2015 to 05/11/2015

yes from what i heard from people we do the parking pass using the start and finish date of np1

There r no books in DM just plant city n south shore so far from my call on thursday...southshore still have like 4 of them n plant city has 10 or close to that number. cost was 649.90 with the extra coupon! it comes in a box. n they use the same book next semester if u worried about buying earlier.

E-books we were talking about is for the upcoming class for the nursing student...i think there was an ebook for A&P i remember seeing it ebook version. I'm guessing they use the same book still just the editions r different..chegg.com has the ebook version

I'm uploading my stuff to certified this week. This sounds so dumb but how do I scan something the papers to the computer to upload them? I don't have a scanner at home and I have never done that before lol I'm not tech savy..... at all. I'm like an old woman.

And how do we get a parking pass???????
