sea of roses, are you in the generic pathway program? Im actually in the Accelerated BSN program. class already started and we are taking midterms now.
Hello everyone,
I am so glad I found this forum. I have been doing so much research on nyu's Accelerated BSN programs but couldn't find much info on liu's accelerated program. As I am currently taking the prerequisite courses, can any liu graduates or even students who are currently in the program give me any insight? How do you like the program thus far? Also, if you don't mind answering.. what are your stats? gpa? volunteer work?
This is so true! LIU is better than Columbia University and NYU. I work as a CNA and go to various hospitals and every RN I met graduated from LIU. They are so friendly and down to earth. I was rejected by these two high reputable universities but accepted to LIU. I'm excited to begin in the Fall 2011 and start as full time student.
does anyone know how the registration for Nursing classes at LIU normally take place? Fall 2011 is my first semester in the professional phase, however I transferred out from a CUNY school where I always registered for classes on my own. I must say that registering through the nursing advisors at LIU is quite a hasle. Does it end after the 1st semester, or are the advisors responsible for the registration throughout?

Thankfully I was able to register and at least clear classes, Im really hoping I can finish up fast and successfully @ LIU's RN-BSN program
