  1. NCLEX TOMORROW!!! eeekkk soo nervous:eek:!! I went out yesterday to see final destination 3D to take a mini break from studying- now I just feel like I need to do more... Keep this mantra in mind for the test everyone, "I am prepared, I know the material, I will pass!" (If only I could use my own advice lol:lol2: )
  2. Hello everyone!! I'm so happy i found this amazingly helpful thread. Mine is scheduled on Aug 20th- 10 dayssss!! My nerves are all over the place!!! I'm doing Kaplan question trainers, got a 70.5 on #6, gonna do #7 today, qbank is 62% and I supplement the content with Saunders. Pray for me everyone as I am praying for all of you!! Thanksssss :-):redpinkhe:redpinkhe:redpinkhe:redpinkhe:up:
  3. I just graduated as well with Future Nurse 2011 and LIU graduates are wanted by hospitals!!! Best of luck to you guys and study hard! It's not easy but it's so worth it in the end!
  4. Wow I am so sorry. I am about to start clinicals and I must commend you for strength in witnessing such an event. Be strong and take care.
  5. I also agree with the other members. Just try to ace your other courses so you would not have to retake chemistry. remember that it is really competitive out there for nursing so just try and keep your GPA high.
  6. I read somewhere about diabetic socks to increase circulation in the legs. Is this true also?
  7. This is great...im starting soon too and cant wait to get my school supplies. I need to make a trip to walmart while the sales are going on!!
  8. Yes believe it and you will achieve it. I had a 3.3 but I did great it my pre-reqs which is what I believe you should do to bring your gpa up. It will take some time but once you are focused on your goal, you will make it.
  9. Just stay focused on your ultimate goal as a nurse and everything will fall in place. Good luck!!
  10. OoOoOo good luck!!! I remember when I had to take my pre-reqs. I highly recommend you start being organized from the get go because it will help you later on in upper level courses!!
  11. I would recommend going for the RN, along with the other people posting. You show the drive and dedication and I believe you will make it no matter how long you have to wait. Good luck!!!
  12. I was lucky to get a scholarship to help pay for LIU because tuition is crazy!
  13. This is great info as I am starting my clinicals in less than a month!!!
