Just wondering if anyone has gotten together with someone they met here in cyber nurse land?

Yep! I have met some people from here on purpose, and others I knew before and have identified from posts here. I have gone to a couple NTI conventions and hung out at the allnurses booth with my peeps. Loved it!

I have met the majority of the Allnurses.com Inc. moderators and administrators at the three different NTI conventions I visited (Orlando '12, Boston '13, Denver '14).

If any of the established posters are in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, Los Angeles, or California's Central Valley, I wouldn't be opposed to a meet & greet.

By chance, met someone on the job who has since left nursing for greener pastures. Pretty sure that I recognized another, but that person only posted one time and now is nowhere to be found (neither is that one post!)

Not yet. I plan on meeting some of my friends, with whom I speak on text, and group chat and on the phone.

I've met lots of my online friends in the past.

I've met several AN peeps in real life, in fact one of them came to my husband's funeral and another one who lives about 500 miles away has visited me twice in my hometown. :yes:

Although, I haven't officially met Pixie.RN, she knows my real name from our college days, and knows my face from another social media outlet. We also had a hit-n-miss opportunity with the same employer, in terms of employment timeline.
