A big Happy Thanksgiving to everyone! So what are you eating (besides turkey) for Thanksgiving? Personally, I prefer pork over turkey?

I was gonna go to visit my in-laws but I'm too pregnant (aka too sick) for that. So it will just be a quiet day at home.

Crab legs, shrimp, roasted potato, corn, and lots of champagne. And chocolate cheesecake. Might have pasta later.

Awww!! Poor turkeys!
I grew up in Europe and they were slaughtering pigs every year before Christmas. I'm still scarred by what I saw and heard ..
I'm not a vegetarian, but I refuse to eat turkey on Thanksgiving or pork on Christmas.
End of rant LOL. Sorry

I am not a big fan of turkey so the past two years of quarantines have seen me put together a big steak dinner on thanksgiving. This year we are headed to the first big gathering in some time with 30 people attending o am bringing salad and a pie. There will be turkey prime rib and all kids of good stuff I’ll meet two new nieces I haven’t met and my twin niece and nephew are not getting married this year - so lots to be thankful for.
