Mine are horrible too. For me, it seems like the only time that I can hold onto moisture from lotions is if I use baby/mineral oil afterwards. And even that is not a permanent fix, but it does feel like it adds a little extra extra protection from harsh soaps.
I'd love to see how others handle this as well!
You can make a sugar scrub.
In a jar with a lid place 1 cup granulated sugar, 1/2 cup oil (olive, coconut or whatever) and a few drops of essential oil if you want it scented.
Scoop up a bit of the mixture with dry hands, and scrub your hands as though you are washing them. Rinse thoroughly and dry. Your hands should feel soft and restored and not greasy.

I noticed a month or so ago that my hands and forearms look like an 80 year-olds. They are so dry and wrinkly. Does anyone have a miracle lotion or routine that keeps their hands looking young and soft?
