Finally! This was my third time applying and I received my acceptance letter today. My school admits via lottery, so I've been waiting a year and a half for this! Orientation is June 12 and school starts August 28!

I feel like I need to throw up now...

Congrats, elisabeth! If you don't mind me asking, which program did you get into?

I'm in Sac, too, and have applied (in progress) to Sierra, without much hopes of being accepted due to being in progress. Next semester I'll be applying to SCC's regular program and their extended program, as well as ARC.

I got into ARC. I've applied twice at Sac City and once to their accelerated program.

I never applied at Sierra because they wouldn't accept my AP English score as English 1A even though I've taken more advanced composition courses.

I'm on the waiting list at Yuba College and Shasta College as well. They admit strictly via their waitlist, so if you don't mind traveling to Yuba, you can apply in progress there and get on their list.
