Although I think Datl just helped me make my mind up.

Not having 5 papers to write this Fall sounds good already!

Datl 12345..Are you talking about Clinical Nutrition 3200 or the Nutrition class 3300...

STXBSN I"m thinking about taking it too.

They are essentially the same class (3200 and 3300). I just took 3300 early to get it out of the way this Spring, so if there are different professors, it may be slightly different. But, I've heard from those who have taken both that they are the exact same class.

My email from the coordinator came to me in my GSU inbox, which I have synced to my iPhone since I NEVER check that account. I'm guessing they just default send all correspondence via school email vs. our personal email.

Also, those 2 exams and 5 papers for the NUTR class.. do they release the assignments over the course of the semester or can you potentially finish all assignments quickly and be done with everything before the end of summer?

Well, I took the nutrition 3300 (which can be substituted for 3200). So, I'm not sure, but there may be slight differences with the way it's taught if you take 3200 this summer. But, the papers were released one at a time - so there wasn't the possibility of completing them all at once.

The format for the papers were simple, though - more like essay questions that needed to be answered, and everything came directly from the book.

Does anyone have any suggestions for the CPR class?

Thanks! Well I paid $50 for CPR class, it's on Dekalb Industrial in Decatur. Quick google will find it!

OMG...this is great news! I actually have those study guides but assumed I would need to read a textbook as well. What a relief! Thanks so much for the tip.

Have a fantastic summer

Hey - does anyone know what the code for paying our ATI fee online is? I can't seem to find it, and I saw the announcement on ULearn stating we're supposed to pay online instead of sending a check to GSU.

Hi all! I've been lurking on this site for a few weeks and have finally decided to register. I'm also starting the ACE program in the Fall! I'll be finishing up the last of my prereqs this summer (A&P 2, NURS 2010, Micro lab) and will probably take that nutrition class as well. If what everyone says about the first ACE semester is true, I think every little bit will help to lessen the load! Can't wait to meet everyone at orientation!

Oh, I took my CPR class with Atlanta CPR class, CPR training, CPR certification Philips AED training., it's the one on Dekalb Industrial Way for $50 (near the Dekalb Farmers Market).

Anyone else taking classes this summer besides me?? :nurse:

Hi everyone,

I've been reading through your thread and just wanted to congratulate everyone on getting in! I graduated from the GSU accelerated program Dec. 09 and am now working as an RN. I loved the program, even though first semester is pretty tough. You need to be flexible because things seem to pop up all the time. I would advise everyone to take the nutrition class in the summer. It will lessen the load of first semester. Good luck to all of you. The 16 months flies by, and you'll make great friends.

Take care,
