Hi Bellefemme-

I'm also applying to GSU Fall 2010 (accelerated), and finishing up my application packet. Good luck to you, and everyone!

I applied to GSU's Fall 2010 accelerated program, along with MCG's Master's program and KSU's accelerated BSN program.

Based on when people started receiving letters last year, we should hopefully hear something from GSU by the end of March.

For those also applying to KSU, Interview letters usually go out the first week of March with interviews taking place the 3rd week of March and decision letters going out in mid-April.

Let the waiting begin :)

I finally got my application in today! Now the waiting begins. I applied for the accelerated program at GSU, as well.

I applied for the Fall 2010 Accelerated program at GSU too! I am so nervous, as im sure all of you are too:) Since we are the first class having to use the TEAS, does anyone know what people applying to the program are getting on it. I will share mine: Composite 82.4% which was in the 84 percentile. Im not sure if this is going to be good enough or not as I have nothing to compare it with. Is anyone willing to share any of their information so we can have somewhat of an idea:) My GPA is decent with a 3.64 so I dont think I will have a big a problem there. Good luck to everyone...only a few more weeks of waiting!!!

Sure I'll share. By the way, I just checked GoSolar and they've started opening the packets. Mine said it was Complete and Ready for Review!! So anxious about all this..

OK, so I've applied to the ACE program with a 3.69 GPA and a composite TEAS score of 96% which is in the 99th percentile. I'm a bit nervous about my GPA, as I have a couple of B's in the science courses and I know they weigh those heavily. I just keep hearing that a lot of ACE applicants go in with a high GPA close to a 4.0. So I'm also curious as to what other applicant's GPA's/TEAS scores are as well. Would love to hear more.

GOOD LUCK TO ALL!!!

Good job!! You should be fine with that GPA I would think. I know 4 people who got in last semester with a 3.7 and only had the average NET score of around a 83 so I will be surprised if you dont get in. I heard that last semester almost 400 people applied..YIKES. but then again maybe it was just a rumor going around.

Excellent TEAS score, ATLbubbles!

I'll share my info: GPA - 3.9, TEAS - 88. I did see that the application status has been updated, so hopefully we'll all hear good new soon!

I know it's still early, but does anyone know when they generally send out their decisions?

acceptance letters usually start going out 3-4 weeks after the application deadline. After they fill their slots they start sending out standby and rejection letters, usually about 7ish weeks after the deadline.

Great....thanks for your reply! Sounds like you're pretty familiar with the process...

I applied last semester but was taking too many of the pre-requisites (6 classes including A&PII and Micro) to have enough points to have a chance. I've been through 'the wait' before :) At least I don't have all my eggs in one basket anymore and my pre-reqs are done this time. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Well, best of luck this time! Thanks again...
