I'm 5'8 and 136, and wear a medium in the Grey's pants (they end up loose, but I don't mind). I find the petites to be WAY too short - like mid calf when I'm sitting - so I stick to regular length even though they're a tad long. Haven't even gone near the tops to give any help on those since I'm a 34dd and highly doubt I could find one that fits, they are tiny. Hope this info helps a little!
I'm busty and their tops never sat right on me even when I got a size large enough to fit around them. I get a weird gap in the neckline where it should lay flat. And the shaping in the waist isn't good if you have proportionally larger boobs.
I tried them a few times and always ended up returning them.
Junior fit generally means a shorter inseam and narrower through the thighs, hips and bust. I can't wear Greys Anatomy scrubs at all. They totally don't fit my body type. From your description of your body type the pants will likely work great and you may have to go up a size or two in the tops. They do run small.
I would recommend going up a size in the top.
I am 105lbs with a 24in waist and an A-sized bust and the extra-small fits snug. Without any kinds of snap or zipper openings, it took the dexterity of a Chinese acrobat to get the extra small top on.
I do like the fit of the Grey's Anatomy top. If you look at the construction, it has more darting and shaping than most of the unisexless scrub tops and if you are small, it does not fit baggy.
Personally I really liked the Grey's Anatomy tops until I filled out a little. Now they feel very constricting in the bust. I'm 5'7" and gained probably about 10 pounds in the last year, in boobs and tummy and hips. I've started losing some of it but if they are too tight (on me or anybody) it's just not a good look.
so so helpful, you guys - many thanks!! I think I'll go with the junior S pant and the junior M top. also, really helpful on the Wonderwink comment - I'm going to try the four stretch. the material felt a little weird to me back in May when I just felt it, but I hear good things, maybe it's actually very comfortable on. thanks again!
The four stretch from wonder wink is amazing! In my opinion, the wonder wink origins 'golf' top is very similar to the greys anatomy shirt in the same style. I am very petite with a b size bust and the xs in greys anatomy fits perfectly, where as the xs origins requires a little work to get on/off, although it fits quite well when on.
Greys are my favorites, and worth the cost IMO. If you're concerned about the fit, check out the new stretch line- maybe that would be a more comfy option!

Hi there,
I was wondering if there were some ladies who would be willing to give me some Grey's Anatomy sizing advice?
I usually wear size S or 2/4 in "normal" clothes, and my inseam is 28/29", waist is 28 and hips are 33.5"... I have a small frame, but my bust is disproportionately larger so the only variance in sizes comes from whether something is tight in the bust or not.
I have a handful of Wonderwink scrubs (I like the Origins line) - I order tops and bottoms separate because I find I'm an XS (petite) bottom and a S top (larger 34D bust). I'm 5'2", 115lbs, carry weight in my boobs/belly, but arms and legs (and hips/butt area) on the smaller side (hence an XSP pant works). Basically I love the fit, but heard that Grey's Anatomy is a better material that doesn't wrinkle so I'm interested in trying them out.
I was confused about the junior fit? what does it mean? Online sizing charts all seem to be different. do you think the junior fit in XSP pants and S top will work for me or will it be too small?
thanks so much!!
